Position Summary
Zion Cloud Solutions is seeking a high-caliber, Technical Field Sales Representative (FSR) specializing in the Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform) ecosystem, with a razor-sharp focus on Data Analytics and AI Solutions.
In this role, your primary vehicle for revenue generation is the creation, negotiation, and closure of Statements of Work (SOWs) for high-value professional services, cloud architecture design, and system integration. You possess the technical fluency to confidently understand exploratory discovery sessions with C-levels, Enterprise Architects, and Data Science leaders, helping to translate complex enterprise data challenges into scoped, actionable, and revenue-generating services engagements. You understand when and how to engage technical resources to dive into deeper conversations with customers.
Key Responsibilities
SOW Revenue & Quota Ownership
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets driven primarily through the sale of professional services SOWs and data/AI-led consulting engagements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from initial discovery and technical qualification to scoping, pricing, and closing complex commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams and solution architects to draft comprehensive, highly accurate SOWs that explicitly define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Solution Alignment & Technical Discovery
- Manage deep-dive technical discovery sessions, assist in asking probing questions to uncover legacy data stack
- Confidently present and articulate the business value of Zion s services built around the Google Cloud data stack, focusing on value based solutions
- Ecosystem Co-Selling & Alignment
- Quarterback the account strategy by mobilizing internal technical engineering resources and aligning seamlessly with Google Cloud field sales teams (PSMs, FSRs).
- Successfully execute a co-sell strategy, ensuring Zion s services are positioned as the definitive delivery mechanism to help Google Cloud Platform customers maximize the ROI of their cloud investments.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling enterprise technology solutions, cloud infrastructure, or advanced data/AI professional services.
- Proven track record of selling SOW-based consulting services with a strong understanding of fixed-fee, time-and-materials (T&M), and milestone-based pricing models.
- Technical fluency in the Google Cloud Platform ecosystem (equivalent hyperscaler data stack experience with AWS/Azure will be considered).

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Google Cloud Platform Cloud Digital Leader and Google Cloud Platform Gen AI Leader (preferred)
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months)
- First 30 Days: Map out target enterprise accounts, establish relationships with the local Google Cloud Platform field sales network, and align with Zion s technical delivery leaders.
- Day 90: Build a predictable pipeline of services opportunities, actively moving multiple data and AI discovery workshops into active SOW negotiation phases.
- Year 1: Exceed baseline services revenue quotas, successfully closing a consistent run-rate of high-impact SOWs that deliver measurable Google Cloud Platform ROI for Zion s clients.
