Define technical and functional requirements for the app rebuild, focusing on scam call and text filtering features.
Develop the product roadmap, build and launch strategy, and measurable success metrics (KPIs).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and 311 service teams to align goals and resources.
Lead integration of new web resources into existing platforms while maintaining efficiency and performance.
Ensure compliance with city data privacy and security protocols.
Lead user research to ensure accessibility and usability, especially for elderly and immigrant populations.
Establish milestones and delivery timelines for beta, testing, and public rollout phases.
Identify risks or project challenges and implement mitigation strategies.
8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in technical leadership.
Proven ability to manage and deliver responsive web and app projects.
Strong background in user-centered design and product launch strategy.
Experience defining technical requirements, KPIs, and metrics of success.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Knowledge of data privacy, security, and governance best practices.
Experience launching large-scale consumer-facing digital products.
On-site at 15 MetroTech Center, Brooklyn, NY.
Normal business hours, Monday through Friday (35 hours per week).
