Paid Media Manager for a
contract-to-hire assignment with one of our premier
Insurance Services clients.
This is a
hybrid role requiring
onsite attendance 3 days per week in one of the following office locations:
New York, NY; Holmdel, NJ; Bethlehem, PA; Stamford, CT; or Boston, MA. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without employer sponsorship. Responsibilities:
Lead and execute complex multi-channel paid media campaigns aligned to business goals. This role will own end-to-end ABM digital campaign execution, advertising operations, reporting, and optimization across both B2B demand generation and B2C full-funnel campaigns. This individual will manage all aspects of paid media campaigns including strategy, planning, audience targeting, setup, implementation, measurement, reporting, and optimization. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience across major advertising and analytics platforms including Google DV360, Google Campaign Manager, Meta Ad Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can serve as a paid media subject matter expert, translate campaign performance into business impact, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders and marketing leadership.
- Lead strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of B2B and B2C paid media campaigns
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery across social, programmatic, and digital advertising channels
- Build and execute campaigns across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, TTD, DV360, and Google Campaign Manager
- Develop annual ABM campaign strategies aligned to business growth objectives, budgets, and KPIs
- Perform hands-on campaign setup within advertising platforms including:
- creative uploads
- audience segmentation
- company/account targeting list management
- tagging and tracking
- creative testing
- in-platform optimization
- Manage complex campaigns with multiple audience segments and ensure accuracy across execution details
- Monitor performance and optimize media investment to maximize ROI
- Oversee campaign data aggregation and dashboard reporting
- Partner with insights and analytics teams to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency
- Build and maintain KPI reporting views and dashboards
- Translate campaign performance into clear business insights and optimization recommendations
- Present monthly campaign results and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and marketing leaders
- Partner closely with creative, integrated marketing, analytics, and offshore teams to execute campaigns successfully
- Ensure clear communication of creative specs, timelines, deliverables, and campaign requirements
- Support alignment across paid, owned, and earned channels where applicable
- Guide and mentor digital marketing colleagues across partner teams
- Conduct ongoing research on market trends, audience behavior, competitive activity, and digital media best practices
- Bring modern paid media thinking and recommendations to the organization
- Serve as a paid media thought leader internally and communicate industry best practices to stakeholders
Required Skills:
- 5-7+ years of hands-on paid media / media buying experience
- Strong experience executing complex multi-channel paid media campaigns
- Hands-on expertise with:
- Meta Ad Manager
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Campaign Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- DV360 / programmatic platforms
- Experience developing media plans and paid media strategies tied to business goals
- Strong understanding of B2B demand generation and B2C full-funnel marketing
- Experience managing multi-audience / ABM campaigns
- Strong reporting and analytics background, including tying paid media KPIs to business results
- Hands-on experience with campaign dashboards, performance analysis, and optimization
- Experience with A/B testing for creative and website optimization
- Strong presentation skills with ability to communicate performance narratives to stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and campaign priorities in a matrixed organization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills:
- Insurance or financial services industry experience
- Experience with ABM campaign strategy and execution
- Knowledge of Tableau, Funnel.io, Looker, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization
- Experience aligning paid, owned, and earned media reporting
