Help Shape the Technology That Supports Exceptional Patient Care

Are you passionate about healthcare technology and solving complex clinical challenges? As a Senior Clinical System Analyst, you'll play a critical role in connecting clinical operations with innovative technology solutions that improve patient care, enhance provider workflows, and support organizational excellence.

Working alongside clinicians, operational leaders, and Information Technology teams, you'll help design, implement, optimize, and support clinical systems that empower caregivers to deliver outstanding care every day. If you enjoy collaborating across disciplines, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact through technology, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
As a Senior Clinical System Analyst, you will:
Partner with clinical and operational leaders to evaluate workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend technology solutions.
Configure, maintain, and optimize clinical applications, including Oracle EHR and other clinical information systems.
Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
Support system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, testing, training, and go-live activities.
Develop and maintain system documentation, workflow diagrams, build specifications, and standard operating procedures.
Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex problems.
Support data integrity, reporting, and analytics that drive clinical excellence and operational performance.
Ensure clinical applications support regulatory, privacy, and security requirements, including HIPAA compliance.
Serve as a trusted resource for end users by providing education, troubleshooting, and ongoing application support.
Participate in change management, incident management, and downtime planning to ensure system reliability.
Communicate application updates, enhancements, and best practices to clinical and operational stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement, patient safety, quality initiatives, and a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring
We're looking for a collaborative problem solver who enjoys working with both clinicians and technology teams. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment where every improvement has a direct impact on patient care.
You are someone who:
  • Builds strong relationships with clinical and operational partners.
  • Thinks critically and approaches challenges with curiosity.
  • Communicates technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Enjoys improving workflows and creating efficiencies.
  • Takes ownership while working independently and collaboratively.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Three (3) or more years of experience supporting and optimizing clinical information systems in a healthcare environment.
Experience supporting an enterprise Oracle Electronic Health Record (EHR) platform.
Demonstrated experience contributing to complex projects and initiatives with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and facilitation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with project management and IT service management methodologies such as ITIL or PMP.
