Sr. SAP MDG Functional Analyst

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Sr. SAP MDG Functional Analyst to participate in a large global greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.

We are currently running a large global instance of SAP ECC 6.0 EHP 8. The Sr. SAP MDG Functional Analyst will be drive cross-functional data integrity by building data governance frameworks and quality standards for Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial master data. We are also in Phase 0 of a global greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Private Edition. The Sr. SAP MDG Functional Analyst will be the lead for all SAP Master Data initiatives and will be responsible for:

• Enhancement of SAP MDG control frameworks to ensure data consistency, data quality and compliance across all business departments.
• Configuration of SAP MDG (IMG/SPRO), including setting up Data Models, UI Modeling, and Workflow steps
• Support of existing and design of new ETL processes across all SAP and non-SAP sources
• Data harmonization including data standardization, consolidation, mapping and enrichment
• Compliance and alignment with industry standards and regulations
• If experience allows, in conjunction with the SAP S/4HANA Architect and Service Integrator, participate in the greenfield implementation of SAP S/4HANA by designing and ensuring SAP data readiness.

The Sr. SAP MDG Functional Analyst reports to the VP of Global SAP.

Requirements:

• Must have 7+ years experience as an SAP MDG Functional Analyst / Consultant
• Must have expert level experience with the configuration of SAP MDG
• Experience building or architecting SAP MDG frameworks
• Experience designing, developing and supporting ETL processes
• Experience ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Experience in any of the following are only Plus; NOT mandatory: any exposure to SAP FICO, MM, PP, PP/DS, ePP/DS, MRP, MPS, QM, ME/MES, IM and/or WM/EWM. SAP MDG readiness for implementation on S/4HANA; again, NOT mandatory
