Pay Rate: $35-$38/hr.OverviewWe are seeking a Project / Program Manager I to support a fast-paced GenAI innovation initiative focused on delivering workforce-transforming solutions in an accelerated 45-day delivery model. You will partner with a highly collaborative team to coordinate programs, manage backlogs, improve operational processes, and support Agile delivery across multiple initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, is highly organized, and can balance execution, communication, and documentation in a dynamic technology environment.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement (as applicable).
- Own and manage operational and/or product backlogs, including prioritization, triage, and resolution of open items.
- Coordinate dependencies, track milestones, and ensure delivery against program commitments.
- Produce and maintain high-quality documentation, including user guides, runbooks, internal wikis, and release notes.
- Audit and improve operational processes to drive efficiency and sustainability.
- Consolidate data across tools and systems to deliver clear, executive-ready reporting.
- Provide regular program updates and narratives to support leadership visibility and decision-making.
Qualifications- 2-3+ years of experience in program coordination, project management, operations, or Agile delivery.
- Experience working in a technology, consulting, or fast-moving delivery environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Hands-on experience with backlog management tools.
- Experience maintaining documentation, knowledge bases, or process artifacts.
- Ability to synthesize information across systems and communicate clearly at multiple levels.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

- Operational excellence in defining and improving processes and workflows
Nice-to-Have- Agile practitioner experience (SAFe, Scrum)
- Business process or operations consulting background
- Scrum Master certification (CSM)
