Summary

We are seeking two senior-level Project Managers with proven leadership experience spanning PeopleSoft ERP initiatives and Automation / AI programs.

This is not a split-discipline role. Each Project Manager must have hands-on ownership experience across both domains, not exposure to just one.

The primary focus will be leading PeopleSoft upgrade initiatives while also managing RPA and Conversational AI programs as part of a broader digital transformation strategy.


Upgrade Scope

Candidates must have PM-level ownership within a PeopleSoft 9.2 environment, including leadership of one or more of the following:

  • PUM image upgrades
  • PeopleTools upgrades (e.g., 8.5x → 8.6x)
  • Retrofit strategy and customization impact analysis
  • Regression testing coordination (SIT/UAT)
  • Cutover planning and deployment execution
  • Module enhancements (Payroll, Finance, Benefits, Commitment Accounting)
  • Infrastructure modernization and/or database upgrades

Experience must demonstrate full project ownership, not team participation.


Automation / AI Scope

Candidates must have end-to-end leadership experience with:

  • RPA implementations (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.)
  • Process discovery and automation lifecycle management
  • Bot deployment, monitoring, and governance
  • Conversational AI or chatbot initiatives
  • Cross-functional coordination between business, technical, and leadership teams

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle PeopleSoft upgrade projects
  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation
  • Oversee cross-functional teams (functional, technical, infrastructure)
  • Deliver executive-level reporting and steering committee updates
  • Manage concurrent ERP and automation workstreams
  • Align automation initiatives with ERP modernization strategy

Required Experience

  • 7+ years of enterprise Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated ownership of PeopleSoft 9.2 upgrades
  • Proven experience managing PeopleTools upgrades
  • End-to-end leadership of RPA implementations
  • Experience leading Conversational AI or chatbot programs
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
