Position Summary:

• We are seeking an experienced QA Lead with 8+ years of hands-on testing and leadership experience to lead quality assurance efforts across enterprise applications.
• The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual and automation testing, test strategy ownership, and mandatory experience testing AI/ML-based systems, including data-driven and model-based validation.
• The QA Lead will work closely with Product, Development, Data Science, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of overall QA / Software Testing experience
• 2+ years in a QA Lead or Test Lead role
• Strong experience in Manual Testing & Test Leadership
• Mandatory experience testing AI/ML systems, including:
• AI/ML model validation and output verification
• Testing data quality, bias, accuracy, and consistency
• Test cases for prediction, classification, and recommendation systems
• Understanding of ML lifecycle (training, validation, inference)
• Strong knowledge of STLC, SDLC, Agile/Scrum
• Experience with API testing (Postman, REST APIs)
• Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation
• Strong defect management and root-cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
