Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager for a contract role based in Orlando, Florida. This position requires leadership in the delivery of multiple projects, including developing cost-benefit analyses, creating and reporting on program status, and managing financial aspects of the program. The role involves interfacing with various organizational levels and effectively communicating technical components to relevant parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level leadership on the delivery of multiple projects.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses for the program.
- Communicate with an executive committee, creating and reporting program status using a dashboard.
- Allocate resources across multiple projects.
- Define project governance policies.
- Manage the financial concerns of the program.
- Utilize and effectively communicate technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
- Utilize external vendors and resources throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field is required.
Experience: A minimum of six years of relevant experience is required.
Skills: Candidates must be self-motivated and well-organized, with strong innovation and facilitation skills. Additional required skills include:
- Proven oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent business presentation and analytical skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with all levels and across organizational lines.
- Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships.
- Proficiency with Word.
