MS Dynamics 365 Techmical Lead

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Technical Lead to support modernization projects. The resource will lead the technical delivery of public-facing licensing solutions built using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Power Pages, Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure services, and Azure DevOps.
Key Responsibilities
Strong in Power Pages
Looking for a candidate who has experience leading and managing a team of 15-20 members.
Lead technical design, development, integration, data migration, security, and deployment activities.
Guide developers and conduct code, configuration, and solution-design reviews.
Design reusable components for applicant portals, workflows, notifications, payments, document management, licensing, and reporting.
Manage Power Platform solutions across Development, SIT, UAT, and Production environments.
Establish Azure DevOps branching, reusable YAML pipelines, deployment controls, and rollback procedures.
Support sprint planning, technical estimation, backlog refinement, defect resolution, and release readiness.
Ensure solutions meet security, performance, accessibility, and WCAG 2.1 AA requirements.
Coordinate with architects, functional consultants, QA, data-migration teams, project managers, and customer stakeholders.
Maintain technical-design, integration, security, deployment, and support documentation.
Required Qualifications
of enterprise application experience, including at least 5 years with Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Strong hands-on experience with Power Pages, Dataverse, model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
Experience with C#, .NET, plugins, JavaScript/TypeScript, Dataverse Web API, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and enterprise integrations.
Strong knowledge of Power Platform ALM, managed solutions, environment variables, connection references, security roles, and deployment pipelines.
Experience leading distributed development teams and delivering end-to-end Power Platform implementations.
Strong communication, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer-facing skills.
Government, healthcare, licensing, regulatory-system, and WCAG accessibility experience is preferred. Microsoft PL-400 or PL-600 certification is desirable
