Job#: 3024929 Job Description: Software Developer for PCARD Application DevelopmentOur client is seeking a Software Developer to develop a PCARD application. In this position, the developer will develop a new PCARD application per requirements, report status of assigned tasks, attend project meetings, and other duties as assigned. Experience in .Net, SQL, and APIs is required. The chosen candidate will report to the project manager and work lead for assignments.
Responsibilities include:- Develop PCARD application per requirements outlined by BEA.
- Identify, escalate, and document issues, as necessary.
- Participate in project review meetings and standups as defined by the Project Manager and Work Lead.
- Attend an initial kickoff meeting to review scope, set expectations, review change control policy, verify BEA's requirements and dates, and perform other pre-planning activities prior to the start of the contract.
- Ensure Compliance with INL's safety, security, environmental, health and quality assurance requirements.
- All issues/risks shall be documented by the candidate in a mutually agreed upon method/format and provided to both the BEA TPOC and Work Lead.
- Generate weekly status reports and deliver to key stakeholders and project sponsors.
Required Skills:- .NET software development

Desired Skills:- Experience with Jira for task tracking
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment using Azure DevOps.
- Experience working with TDD practices and Database Skills
- Experience with ORMs Dapper or Entity Framework Core and Cloud & Microservices
- Experience deploying applications in Azure cloud
- Understanding of Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Azure Kubernetes Services).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) is a plus
Education/ Relevant Experience:- Must have a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience or a Master's degree, or 6 years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
