Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• 5 years of Help Desk or technical support service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience supporting client proprietary systems such as JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager.
• Strong experience providing moderate to complex technical support and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of service center processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC applications.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good judgment and discretion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet performance standards and monthly quality monitoring requirements.

Experience:

• Experience supporting internal proprietary claims systems preferred.
• Experience in troubleshooting software development-related issues preferred.
• Experience working in environments with structured quality programs is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide moderate to complex support to colleagues regarding internal proprietary systems, including JURIS, One Team, SIR, TAMS, and Voyager.
• Respond to issues reported via email and technical support requests.
• Troubleshoot moderate to complex system and software issues as needed.
• Document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate high-visibility issues to the immediate supervisor.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
• Maintain strong knowledge of claim systems, adjuster job functions, company workflow, and business processes to effectively resolve support-related issues.
• Support the organization s quality program.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
