DescriptionSeeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner.
This hybrid role blends product ownership, business analysis, and Scrum leadership (30% / 40% / 30%) and is focused on delivering data-driven capabilities that power commercial sales, marketing, and customer engagement strategies.
This position operates at the intersection of data, technology, and business, supporting a portfolio of 4-5 enterprise data solutions that enable insights across sales performance, customer targeting, and marketing effectiveness. The role requires strong technical acumen, hands-on data skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable analytics products.
Key Responsibilities- Own delivery of commercial data and analytics products across multiple platforms.
- Act as the primary liaison between business (sales & marketing) and technical teams.
- Define and manage product vision, roadmap, and backlog priorities.
- Support data discovery, analysis, and reporting initiatives to drive business insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Qlik, or similar) to communicate performance metrics.
- Lead Agile execution:
- Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives
- Velocity tracking and delivery reporting
- Coordinate across engineering, QA, UX, and data teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Manage data-related initiatives, including:
- Data integration and migration
- Data quality and validation
- Oversee multiple enterprise applications within the commercial analytics portfolio.
- Provide executive-level reporting and KPI tracking.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
Skills & Qualifications- 6-15 years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or Agile Delivery
- Strong experience with:
- SQL and data querying
- Data platforms (Snowflake preferred)
- Analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik, or equivalent)
- Experience supporting sales and marketing technology ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to work across multiple data solutions and applications
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $70.60 - $75.00/hr.
