Summary

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities within our IT organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations, coordinating with internal teams, managing vendors, supporting leadership, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The candidate should possess excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills with prior experience working in a technology or IT services environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, facility management, and procurement activities.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, travel arrangements, and company events.
  • Support onboarding activities for new employees including workspace coordination and documentation.
  • Handle employee queries related to office administration and operational support.
  • Maintain office records, invoices, contracts, and operational documentation.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building management teams.
  • Assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, calendar management, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and workplace standards.
  • Support hybrid/remote team coordination and communication activities.
  • Monitor office budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or Operations Coordinator.
  • Prior experience working with IT companies, software firms, or technology organizations preferred.
  • Familiarity with HR coordination, onboarding processes, and facility management.
  • Experience supporting leadership teams and cross-functional departments.
