Job Summary:
Specialist responsible for overseeing project planning financial management and governance to ensure successful project delivery within the organization.
Job Description:
- Lead comprehensive project planning activities to align with organizational goals.
- Manage project budgets financial forecasting and cost control to optimize resource allocation.
- Establish and enforce project governance frameworks to maintain compliance and quality standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans charters and schedules that support strategic objectives.
- Oversee project financials including budgeting expenditure tracking and financial reporting Implement and maintain project governance policies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively.
- Report on project progress providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate resource allocation to maintain project timelines and deliverables.
- Lead project meetings set clear expectations and foster team collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and quality benchmarks throughout project lifecycle.
