UX Designer/ UI Designer/ User experience designer/ Product Designer (UX/UI)
Job Description:
Seeking a UX/UI Designer to create intuitive, visually appealing user experiences through wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. The role involves user research, usability testing, and close collaboration with product managers and developers to translate complex requirements into simple, user-centered design solutions while maintaining brand and design system consistency.

The responsibilities include:
· Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that clearly illustrate the functionality and look of the product.
· Organize and conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve design iterations.
· Design aesthetically pleasing and intuitive interfaces that facilitate excellent user experiences.
· Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design systems.
· Create and manage design assets including icons, buttons, and other UI elements.
· Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of the design is true to the vision.
· Translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive user experiences.
· Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
Skills Required:
· Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
· Proven experience (3+ years) in UX and UI design, preferably with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
· Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. (Figma preferred)
· Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
· Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
· Ability to create high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions effectively.
· Experience with Design Systems
· Familiar with Agile methodologies
