Need Salesforce Business Analyst with experience in developing investigative workflows

12 months remote project

Required qualifications

• minimum of five (5) years experience:
  • gathering requirements and drafting technical specifications.
  • working on projects of similar scope and complexity to this project.
• minimum of five (5) years experience and has successfully completed at least three (3) projects:
  • developing workflows in Salesforce.
  • developing investigative workflows for civil law enforcement investigations, audits, or personnel misconduct investigations.
  • working with a detailed framework of statutory and regulatory requirements including confidentiality requirements.
  • working with data analytic systems (e.g., Splunk) and developing integrated workflows that include information from those systems.

Preferred qualifications

• Demonstrated track record designing investigative workflows for criminal investigations or comparable high-stakes enforcement contexts.
• Experience designing case management or investigative solutions for government labor, benefits, or fraud investigation programs.

Core competencies

• Strong ability to translate complex investigative, legal, and policy requirements into clear, testable technical specifications and user stories.
• Proficiency in stakeholder facilitation, requirements workshops, and consensus building with investigators, supervisors, IT staff, and leadership.
• Solid understanding of security, privacy, and compliance controls relevant to PII, CTI, and law-enforcement data sharing.
• Excellent written communication skills to produce structured design documents, diagrams, and traceable requirements.
