Multi-CPQ Solution Architect – Remote.
Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced CPQ Solution Architect to define CPQ strategy, evaluate and recommend CPQ platforms, and design end-to-end solution architectures. The role blends business consulting, solution architecture, and hands-on CPQ expertise across platforms such as Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Conga, Epicor, Logik.io, DealHub, PROS, Tacton, Experlogix, and Configure One.
Key responsibilities
• Lead discovery workshops with business and IT to capture configuration, pricing, quoting, and approval requirements.
• Assess current CRM/ERP/eCommerce/PLM/PIM/CAD landscapes and integration needs.
• Evaluate CPQ platforms (functionality, scalability, TCO, licensing, implementation complexity, time-to-value, AI/automation, industry fit) and produce decision matrices and executive recommendations.
• Design solution architecture, integration patterns (APIs, middleware, event-driven), and implementation/migration roadmaps.
• Define product configuration, pricing, discounting, approval workflows, quote generation, and contract management approaches.
• Provide architecture governance, risk/mitigation planning, and support during delivery.
Required skills
• Hands-on architecture and implementation experience with multiple CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, Conga, Epicor, Logik.io, DealHub, PROS, Tacton, Experlogix, Configure One).
• Strong enterprise application knowledge: CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP Sales Cloud), ERP (SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, NetSuite, MS Dynamics), eCommerce, PIM/PLM, CLM.
• Integration expertise: REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft/Boomi/SAP Integration Suite/Infor/ Azure Integration, middleware, event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with complex product configuration, manufacturing/B2B/industrial domains, subscription and channel sales models, and quote-to-cash processes.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and executive communication skills.
