Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer with experience in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to design, develop, and implement HR solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role involves building and enhancing HR workflows, performing integrations, and supporting HR Case Management and Call Center migration to improve HR service operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.
Design and implement HR Case Management solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Support and participate in Call Center migration to ServiceNow HRSD.
Build and maintain ServiceNow integrations with external HR systems and applications.
Develop custom solutions using ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer).
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HRSD applications and integrations.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development best practices and standards.
Support system upgrades, testing, and deployments.

Required Skills
Strong ServiceNow development experience.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub).
Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting and platform customization.
Experience working with HR Case Management.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Call Center migration to ServiceNow HRSD.
Familiarity with HR workflows, employee lifecycle processes, and HR service management.
Understanding of ITIL practices and ServiceNow platform architecture.

Experience
9 - 10+ years of experience working with ServiceNow platform development.
Prior experience with HRSD implementation or support is preferred.
