Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a
Sr. Growth Product Manager, Mobile for a
contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA. Also open to fully remote for candidate based on west coast.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Growth Monetization Product Manager to join the Lightroom Mobile team on a six-month contract, providing coverage for a team member on parental leave.
You will step into an established, in-flight monetization roadmap across Lightroom on iOS and Android, owning day-to-day execution from handoff through the end of the contract. Your focus will be maintaining momentum across our Q1 and Q2 growth and monetization priorities and delivering against the financial targets associated with the roadmap.
This is a hands-on, high-accountability role. The roadmap comprises four major programs representing an incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) Layer between December and April, and you will be the day-to-day owner from handoff through the end of the contract.
Responsibilities: - Own day-to-day delivery and prioritization of the Lightroom Mobile monetization roadmap across iOS and Android, maintaining momentum against the approved plan and associated ARR targets.
- Design, launch, and analyze growth and monetization experiments across acquisition, onboarding, free-to-paid conversion, upgrade, retention, save, and win-back journeys.
- Translate Lightroom's premium value-including AI-powered editing capabilities, storage, credits, and advanced creative workflows-into clear and compelling mobile upgrade experiences.
- Drive experimentation across paywalls, subscription plans, trials, introductory offers, pricing, merchandising, entitlements, and lifecycle experiences.
- Use funnel, cohort, retention, conversion, and LTV data to identify opportunities, evaluate experiment results, and make clear ship / iterate / stop decisions.
- Make prioritization and roadmap trade-offs as new data emerges while maintaining alignment with the broader Lightroom Mobile strategy and financial plan.
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Growth, Marketing, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to keep work moving and resolve dependencies.
- Ensure iOS and Android launch readiness from requirements and experimentation design through release, measurement, and post-launch monitoring.
Required Skills: - Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of product management experience, with a focus on growth, monetization, subscriptions or pricing.
- Proven record of shipping and scaling consumer subscription experiments on mobile (iOS and Android) that moved revenue or ARR.
- Strong experiment design and analytical skills; comfortable with funnel, cohort, retention and LTV analysis and working directly with data.
- Experience with paywalls, trials, offers, plan structure and pricing, and with churn, save and win-back tactics.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally without direct authority and to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
Preferred Skills: - MBA preferred, but not required.
- Experience with freemium models, geo-localized pricing and offers, and propensity-based targeting.
- Familiarity with app-store billing and subscription mechanics (e.g., deferred billing, pause, plan switching).
- Experience with AI-powered features, credits or usage-based entitlements.
- Prior contract or interim PM experience, and a track record of clean handoffs.
