IT Support - Computer Imaging Tech - Contract - Hartford, CT - $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Our client is seeking a IT Support - Computer Imaging Tech in Hartford, CT

Role Description

Primary responsibility will be backing up computers and communication
Assists in imaging process and provisioning of applications
Provides day-to-day support for end users desktop issues (hardware/software)
Effectively manage workload, must be well organized
Provide outstanding customer support in a timely, and efficient manner by analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving problems and requests within service level
Experience using computer hardware and software applications
No experience needed for Warehouse - but will be required to work in Warehouse as needed
Making boxes, boxing computers, knowing the correct accessories to include
Pallet Jack for moving packages
Unloading packages from Dock
Loading packages on the Dock
Moving around to storage areas
Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance

Skills & Requirements

Some technical knowledge and A+ certification.
Fantastic customer service stills - A+++
Go getter, energetic personality - must be a hustler!
Must be well organized
Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance
Must be reliable
A degree is a plus
Light experience with imaging process and provisioning of applications - must be
