Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Systems & Identity Administrator to support the acquisitions IT team by ensuring smooth operations, integration, and management of IT systems and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity & Access Management, Privileged Access Management, Active Directory administration, and system integrations during acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions for privileged and service accounts.
Assist with IT system integrations during acquisitions, including:
User migrations
Identity management
Hardware and software inventory
Network consolidation
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance, connectivity, security, and user access.
Administer Active Directory environments, including:
Group Policies
User accounts and permissions
Security hardening and vulnerability remediation
Ensure data backup systems are operating correctly and support disaster recovery planning and testing.
Support deployment of IT equipment such as workstations, laptops, and printers, and manage device lifecycle tasks.
Maintain network security standards, including firewall management and software/firmware patching.
Document IT procedures and operational processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on acquisition-related IT projects.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in IT Systems or Network Administration (Windows Server environment required).
3+ years of experience with Privileged Access Management tools (Delinea preferred).
5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Office 365 Administration.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting IT system integrations during mergers or acquisitions.
Experience with Linux systems administration.
Knowledge of network security and firewall management.
