JOB DETAILS:

Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid / Remote Work (onsite one day a week in Century City, Los Angeles, CA)

Type: 06 - 12+ months contract (extendable)

Job Description: Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Conduct thorough analysis of business needs and requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document detailed requirements for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• User Story Writing Experience: Leverage extensive experience in writing user stories to articulate clear and actionable requirements, driving the development of scalable and user-friendly solutions.
• Business Demos: Develop and deliver engaging business demonstrations to showcase proposed solutions and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Support: Provide ongoing support to stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns, and assisting with any defects or enhancement requests related to existing Salesforce features.
• Testing User Stories: As proxy to product owner, validate user stories and ensure successful implementation, working closely with development and quality assurance teams.
• JIRA Mastery: Serve as the primary administrator and expert user of JIRA, overseeing project management activities, sprint planning, and issue tracking to facilitate efficient collaboration and task management.
• Salesforce Expertise: Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration.
• Field Service Lightning (FSL): Familiarity with Field Service Lightning is a significant advantage.
• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable and provide an advantage, but they are not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience as Business Analyst is required.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or similar role, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies and best practices, with hands-on experience in Agile project management tools such as JIRA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving, capable of working independently with minimal supervision while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
