Representative I – TM Support (Remote)

(HR Customer Service Representative | Remote | 6+ Months Contract | Number of Openings: 6)

Location: Remote (Denver, CO)

 Duration: 6+ Months Contract

 Pay Rate: $22/hr on W2

 Openings: 6

 Start Date: September 2026 (Tentative)

 

We are hiring Representative I – TM Support professionals to provide exceptional HR customer support in a high-volume call center environment. The role involves handling inbound calls, chat, and HR support queues while assisting employees with HR policies, procedures, systems support, and issue resolution.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, chats, and HR support queues.
  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries.
  • Provide system support and basic troubleshooting.
  • Deliver professional, empathetic, and accurate customer service.
  • Utilize knowledge base articles and job aids to resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and warm transfers.

 

Required Skills:

  • Customer Service / Call Center experience
  • HR Support or HR Shared Services (preferred, but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Phone and chat support experience
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule: Must be available to work shifts between 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM EST.
