We are targeting a more senior, technical-functional Oracle resource with strong experience in Payroll implementation and post-go-live support.
Strong emphasis on:
- Oracle Payroll expertise
- Hands-on system experience (configuration + troubleshooting)
- Implementation and hypercare support
Target Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who have:
- Proven experience with Oracle HCM implementations
Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Payroll (required)
- Core HR
- OTBI reporting
- HDL / HSDL data loads
Experience supporting:
- Post-go-live environments (hypercare)
- System enhancements and issue resolution
Candidates should be able to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up

Previous candidates were:
- Too junior (3 5 years)
- Too focused on documentation vs. system work
The updated expectation is a:
- Senior-level SME
- Comfortable working in complex, fast-paced environments
Key Focus Areas for Submissions

- Recent Oracle Payroll implementation experience
- Hands-on experience with configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to work across functional and technical areas
