OverviewWe are seeking an experienced
CyberArk PAM Engineer/Administrator to support and enhance a large-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CyberArk technologies, credential management, automation, and security best practices. This role will partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure privileged access across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities- Administer, maintain, and support complex CyberArk PAM environments.
- Manage and optimize CyberArk components, including:
- Privileged Access Security (PAS)
- Digital Vault
- Disaster Recovery (DR)
- Central Policy Manager (CPM)
- Privileged Session Manager (PSM)
- Password Vault Web Access (PVWA)
- Credential Providers (CP)
- Central Credential Provider (CCP)
- Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA)
- Design, implement, and maintain credential and secrets management solutions.
- Develop automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting, or similar technologies.
- Integrate CyberArk with enterprise platforms and identity management solutions, including SailPoint.
- Support onboarding, management, rotation, and auditing of privileged accounts.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and configuration standards.
- Collaborate with security, cloud, infrastructure, and DevOps teams to improve privileged access controls and governance.
- Ensure adherence to information security policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience administering large-scale CyberArk environments.
- Deep expertise with CyberArk PAS, Vault, CPM, PSM, PVWA, CCP, CP, DR, and SIA.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise credential and privileged access management systems.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, privileged access controls, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Experience managing Windows Server environments.
- Experience developing automation using PowerShell, Python, Shell scripting, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in large Financial Services or highly regulated environments.
- 3+ years of secrets or credential management experience within cloud and DevOps environments.
- 7+ years of Windows operating system administration experience.
- Experience integrating SailPoint and CyberArk solutions.
- Experience administering or supporting Oracle, Sybase, Microsoft SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
- Experience working with directory services such as Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation.
- Experience creating and maintaining detailed technical configuration documentation.
- CyberArk certifications (Defender, Sentry, or Guardian) preferred.
