Description
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Specialist to join a manufacturing organization in Eagan, Minnesota on a Contract basis. This position supports the development of digital and visual marketing materials, helping the team deliver compelling content across social media and other communication channels. The ideal candidate brings strong design knowledge, video content experience, and the coordination skills needed to keep creative projects moving from concept through completion.
Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media content and supporting visual assets that align with brand messaging and campaign goals.
Develop graphics using design platforms such as Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop for a variety of marketing needs.
Produce and edit video content to support promotional initiatives, digital campaigns, and audience engagement efforts.
Prepare creative briefs, organize source materials, and communicate project needs clearly to support efficient content production.
Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and visual quality before final delivery or publication.
Track deadlines, follow up with stakeholders, and help coordinate deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
Apply knowledge of file formats, image resolution, and asset specifications to ensure materials are production-ready across channels.
Requirements
Hands-on experience using Adobe Illustrator in a marketing or design environment.
Working knowledge of graphic production standards, including file types, sizing, and high-resolution asset requirements.
Proficiency in creating social media graphics and digital content using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
Experience producing or supporting video content, including editing work completed in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Familiarity with graphic design principles and the ability to communicate effectively within creative workflows.
Background in project coordination, including drafting briefs, managing assets, proofreading content, and monitoring timelines.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced marketing setting.
