Job Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned SAP FICO professional with strong expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and Controlling to lead end-to-end implementations and drive financial transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Required Skills:

10–12 years of SAP FICO experience
Proven leadership in S/4 HANA projects
Strong hands-on experience in:
S/4 HANA Finance (FI)
SAP Controlling (CO)
CO-PA (Profitability Analysis)
Profit Center Accounting
New GL
Cost Center Accounting
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Expertise in end-to-end S/4 HANA implementations
Strong understanding of financial processes and controls

Certification:

SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting

Preferred Skills:

Experience in finance transformation and process optimization
Exposure to large-scale enterprise implementations

Key Responsibilities:

Lead planning and execution of S/4 HANA Finance & Controlling projects
Oversee CO-PA, Profit Center Accounting, and Cost Center Accounting
Drive improvements in financial reporting and accounting processes
Manage integration across finance modules and cross-functional teams
Ensure alignment with business goals, timelines, and quality standards
Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure smooth project delivery
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide functional guidance
