We are hiring a QA ADA Analyst!

Role: QA ADA Analyst

Supporting: Large Financial Services Client

Location: Hybrid - Open to candidates local to Merrifield, VA; Winchester, VA; Pensacola, FL; or San Diego, CA

Assignment Type: Contract Only

Duration: ~7 Months

As a QA ADA Analyst, you'll play a critical role in ensuring digital experiences are compliant with WCAG 2.2 and accessible to all users. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead ADA-focused testing efforts across digital platforms, ensuring quality, usability, and compliance
  • Develop and execute accessibility test strategies aligned with WCAG 2.2 standards
  • Perform testing using Trusted Tester methodology and assistive technologies
  • Create and maintain detailed test artifacts with full traceability to requirements and WCAG criteria
  • Identify accessibility risks, assess user impact, and recommend remediation solutions
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and engineering teams to proactively prevent accessibility defects
  • Support regression testing, defect management, and audit readiness
  • Drive process improvements and facilitate cross-team discussions on accessibility testing practices
  • Mentor junior team members and lead accessibility training initiatives
  • Provide clear, actionable guidance for ADA-compliant solutions in fast-paced environments


Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in ADA/accessibility testing and functional QA practices
  • Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 (A & AA), ADA, Section 508, and ARIA standards
  • Trusted Tester Certification (or similar - WAS/CPWA) required
  • Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (screen readers, magnifiers, etc.)
  • Experience building test strategies, test cases, and driving defect resolution
  • Familiarity with UI/API automation, test frameworks, and CI/CD integration
  • Solid understanding of HTML/CSS and accessibility best practices
  • Ability to operate independently, lead initiatives, and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $65.00 and $75.00 per hour. Please note that the final rate may be contingent on experience and other factors.
