Job Description:
CyberArk Engineer / Lead Integration Engineer
Responsibilities:
Install, update, maintain, monitor, and test the operation of systems and applications, including but not limited to server backup support, vulnerability management, change/problem management, and/or asset management
Provide engineering support (typically 2nd- or 3rd- level support) by troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting incidents related to the end-user, systems, applications, and/or hardware
Provide recommendations to customers regarding direction of systems and applications to help secure access, data, and assets
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer requests for services and support
On-call support required on a rotating basis, which might necessitate additional work outside of normal business hours
Leverage a wide range of security technologies, including but not limited to:
o Logical access controls
o Identity and access management
o Directories (AD, LDAP, etc.)
o Security Incident Response
o Privileged Access Management
o Database and System Monitoring
o End-user Password Management
o Single-Sign on Systems
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of four years of experience in managing CyberArk Enterprise Vault system
Must have experience working in a Windows Server environment
Deep understanding of infrastructure ? networking, applications, and routing
Privileged Access Management expertise
Incident management experience
Experience with scripting
