Job Description
ServiceNow (SNOW) Platform Architect designs, governs, and leads the technical strategy for the ServiceNow platform, creating roadmaps, defining best practices, ensuring scalability/security, and aligning solutions with business goals across modules like ITSM, ITOM, and integrations, acting as a trusted advisor to technical and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, solution architecture, governance, platform health, and staying current with releases, requiring strong leadership and communication skills for large-scale digital transformation. Responsible for driving implementation new technology/features of SNOW like GenAI, AiOps, ChatBot.
Key Responsibilities
- Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Develop overall architecture, technical standards, and a roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Solution Design & Governance: Lead complex solution design, define best practices, and enforce governance across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps).
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, conduct code/design reviews, and mentor development teams.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, Enterprise Architects, and IT teams to understand needs and present solutions.
- Platform Health & Performance: Ensure instance health, manage technical debt, and implement improvements.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on new releases, recommend adoption, and contribute to leading practices.
- Integration & Security: Oversee complex integrations (SOAP/REST) and ensure platform security compliance.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Extensive experience (9+ years) in ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
- Expertise in core modules (ITSM, HRSD, Custom Apps) and integrations.
- Strong technical skills in scripting, web services (REST/SOAP).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS) required; CTA preferred.
- Experience in large, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments.
