Asset & Configuration Administrator (Ivanti)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Asset & Configuration Administrator (Ivanti) in Johnston, RI.

Responsibilities:
* Execute Service Asset & Configuration Management (SACM) and IT Asset Management processes within established governance
* Maintain and operate within an existing CMDB, ensuring accurate and timely updates (Ivanti preferred)
* Monitor and maintain CMDB data quality, including completeness, correctness, and compliance
* Identify data quality issues, document root causes, and route remediation to appropriate owners
* Close small, well-scoped backlog items independently and efficiently
* Produce clear, concise documentation, including decision notes, exception summaries, and handoff materials
* Follow defined processes and guardrails, focusing on execution rather than process redesign

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience supporting SACM, IT Asset Management, or CMDB operations in a mature environment
* Hands-on experience working within an established CMDB
* Strong attention to detail with a data-quality and execution-oriented mindset
* Pragmatic, self-directed professional comfortable operating within a clearly defined scope
* Strong written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, actionable documentation
* Ability to work independently while adhering to established processes and governance

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
