Summary

Business Development Manager – Staffing

Redefined Corp is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong US IT staffing background who can bring in direct clients and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in US IT staffing/business development.
  • Strong network of direct clients and proven client acquisition experience.
  • Ability to generate new leads, establish relationships, and close staffing contracts.
  • Experience with MSP/VMS and direct client engagement is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Must have a proven track record of bringing direct clients/business.
