Role Summary
The Intersect Group is seeking a Techno Functional Technical Business Analyst with strong Dynamics 365 experience to support a live enterprise production environment. This role plays a critical part in translating business needs into technically actionable user stories while also supporting D365 configuration and customization within a production platform.
The position blends requirements intake, story refinement, and production triage, requiring direct interaction with business stakeholders as well as close partnership with development and product teams. This is a hands on role focused on ownership, clarity, and execution rather than passive documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner directly with business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and refine new requirements and enhancement requests
• Translate business requirements into detailed, implementation ready technical user stories and acceptance criteria
• Groom and maintain user stories to ensure development teams have sufficient clarity for execution
• Serve as a primary liaison between business users, product owners, and development teams
• Analyze and triage production Dynamics 365 issues, including root cause analysis
• Determine whether issues require configuration changes, customization adjustments, or development support
• Troubleshoot D365 functional issues related to configuration, custom tables, custom fields, and platform behavior
• Proactively escalate risks, blockers, and production concerns while supporting business users during issue resolution and feature rollouts
Key Requirements
• Proven experience supporting Dynamics 365 as a Business Analyst in an enterprise environment
• Strong techno functional expertise with hands on D365 configuration, custom tables, custom fields, and functional customization
• Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and technical acceptance criteria
• Experience supporting live production applications and prioritizing work in fast paced environments
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and collaboration with development teams
• Ability to independently ask questions, identify risks, and drive work forward without close supervision
• Excellent communication skills with confidence interacting directly with business stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance feature development and production support
