Position Title:- Desktop Support Technician
Location: Santa Fe, New Mexico
Position type: Contract
Interview Process:- Only In-person

Responsibilities:

Provide desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory issues.
Manage and resolve help desk tickets using ServiceNow or a similar ticketing system.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
Work with vendors and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Document incidents, solutions, and system changes.

Required Skills:

Experience with desktop support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and Windows environments.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred).
Basic networking knowledge; PowerShell or other scripting is a plus.
Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.
