Third-Party Risk Concierge Analyst Vendor Risk & Compliance About the Role TPRM Concierge Team is a conduit between business users and the risk teams that perform third-party assessments.
Analyst will guide engagement teams and procurement teams through the TPRM clearance process, keep requests moving, and provide clear, timely status updates.
This is a coordination and service role. It does not perform risk assessments or make risk determinations
. What You’ll Do
• Serve as the first point of contact for engagement teams, procurement specialists, and third parties on TPRM requests
• Explain clearance requirements and timelines, set expectations, and proactively communicate status and next steps
• Route requests to the appropriate risk groups and follow up regularly to drive items to closure
• Escalate stalled or high-priority items to the right leaders
• Manage a high-volume portfolio of active records, prioritizing by urgency, business impact, and deadlines
• Handle renewals and end-of-performance withdrawals throughout the contract lifecycle
• Enter and maintain accurate data in TPRM Gateway and related systems, including checking the DESC system for restricted entities
• Maintain complete documentation and support data audits What You Bring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in a customer-facing, service desk, intake, coordination, or project/program support role
• Strong organizational skills and a track record of persistent, professional follow-up
• Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple competing tasks in a high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail • Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint Preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, procurement, business administration, or a related field (not required)
• Experience in supply chain, procurement, contract administration, or vendor onboarding
• General awareness of third-party risk concepts (no assessment experience needed)
• Experience with workflow, ticketing, or case management tools
