As a Sr. Technical Analyst, you will drive clarity between business goals and technical implementation. You'll work onsite in Carlsbad and collaborate closely with globally distributed teams in the US and India. You'll own the breakdown of product features into actionable stories, define E2E scenarios, and ensure story acceptance meets business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Feature Decomposition: Collaborate with Product Managers to define features and convert them into detailed user stories, enablers & spikes with acceptance criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Development, QA, DevOps, Architecture, and PM/PO teams to ensure alignment and delivery of technical stories.
E2E Scenarios: Work with QA to define e2e test cases and validate complete functional coverage.
Story Acceptance: Review and approve user stories based on technical and business acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owner.
Agile Execution: Participate in Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
SAFe Delivery: Support PI Planning and other SAFe ceremonies, ensuring alignment across ARTs.
Tooling: Use JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs, documentation, and traceability.
Global Team Support: Collaborate with teams in India, Spain, and the US, providing necessary time zone overlap to ensure smooth communication and delivery.
