Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead customer data and marketing technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional IT and Marketing teams, ensuring high data quality, privacy compliance, and measurable business value realization. This role requires strong leadership, iterative delivery expertise, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Delivery
- Lead cross-functional IT and Marketing teams delivering customer data and marketing technology initiatives.
- Manage 3+ concurrent projects using iterative and incremental delivery approaches.
- Ensure high data quality, privacy compliance, and production readiness.
- Develop project scope, deliverables, work plans, resource plans, budget, and timelines.
- Control scope, resources, risks (RAID), schedule, quality, and budget.
Stakeholder & Executive Communication
- Prepare and present project status reports to management and senior leadership.
- Manage upward communication with executives while motivating core project teams.
- Define objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business and IT stakeholders.
- Develop operational support plans post project closure.
Project Governance & Methodology
- Apply PMBOK-aligned methodologies including iterative and adaptive delivery approaches.
- Lead Change Management, Release Management, and Performance Management activities.
- Develop backlog-driven work structures and milestone schedules.
- Coordinate system testing, validation, and implementation planning.
- Ensure iterative testing, quality validation, and stakeholder confidence.
Technical & Functional Leadership
- Translate business needs into optimized technical solutions.
- Develop high-level solution definitions and system documentation.
- Advise on user procedures and support general test plan development.
- Oversee initiatives involving multiple source systems and downstream marketing platforms.

Education & Experience

- Experience working in cross-functional environments.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
