Job Details
We’re seeking a talented UX Designer to create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web applications. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the UX design process from research through implementation
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Develop and maintain design systems
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation
- Present design solutions to stakeholders
- Create and maintain UI component libraries
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of UX design experience for web applications
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design process
- Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
- Experience with user research and usability testing
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience creating responsive designs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with design systems
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development
- Experience with agile development processes
- Background in mobile app design
