Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead Automotive

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty Lead to drive end-to-end service management and warranty solutions for a large-scale automotive transformation program.
This role will serve as the functional lead for After-Sales, Warranty Operations, and Service Management initiatives, partnering closely with business stakeholders, SAP teams, and integration partners to deliver scalable and customer-centric solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead SAP S/4HANA Service & Warranty solution design and implementation
Drive fit-gap workshops, process optimization, and solution architecture
Manage after-sales service processes, warranty adjudication, recalls, and service billing
Support integrations with Salesforce Service platforms, dealer portals, middleware, and enterprise systems
Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Dealer Operations teams
Lead functional configuration, testing, deployment, and production readiness activities
Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards and global business processes
Required Skills & Experience:
10+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in Service & Warranty domains
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Service or SAP CS
Strong knowledge of SAP Warranty Management
Experience with Service Orders, Notifications, Settlement, and Warranty Claims
Deep understanding of automotive after-sales operations and dealer ecosystems
Experience integrating SAP with CRM, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and external platforms
Knowledge of APIs, IDocs, and middleware/integration patterns
Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
Preferred Experience:
SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
Automotive OEM or EV industry experience
Integration with Salesforce Service Cloud / Field Service environments
Experience with recalls, goodwill processing, and service campaigns
