Job Title: MarTech / Workfront Architect

Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Adobe Workfront Technical Architect with strong expertise in Workfront and Workfront Fusion to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of work management and automation solutions. This role requires both technical depth and functional understanding, along with the ability to guide teams and improve overall system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver scalable solutions within Adobe Workfront, covering areas such as request intake, project and resource planning, approvals, reporting dashboards, and workflow automation
• Configure and customize Workfront components, including custom forms, project templates, approval processes, and advanced reporting (including text mode)
• Build and manage integrations using Workfront Fusion, connecting Workfront with AEM, Adobe Assets, and other enterprise platforms
• Work closely with system administrators to oversee configurations such as user access, layout templates, and governance standards
• Recommend and implement best practices for workflow design, change management, and user adoption
• Create documentation and training resources, support users, and resolve technical issues related to Workfront and Fusion
• Keep up with product updates, assess new features, and suggest improvements to existing implementations

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Workfront, including configuration, object structure, and reporting capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Workfront Fusion and building automated workflows
• Experience integrating Workfront with AEM and other enterprise systems
• Solid understanding of best practices for Workfront implementation and optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and fix platform-related issues
• Experience guiding teams and promoting efficient system usage
• Minimum 3+ years of experience implementing Workfront in large-scale environments
• 3+ years of experience working with Workfront Fusion integrations
• Practical experience with Workfront setup, workflow configuration, and dashboard creation
• Adobe Workfront Core Developer and Fusion certifications

Nice to Have:

• Experience with advanced reporting techniques such as text mode in Workfront
• Understanding of business process design and change management approaches
• Experience driving user adoption and training initiatives
• Knowledge of governance practices and managing user roles and permissions
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
