About this Position:

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Working with client to prioritize productions issues and enhancements;

• Conducting weekly status meetings with client throughout the agreement; and

• Authoring Monthly Status Reports throughout the agreement;

Minimum Qualifications:

• Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP);

• Certified as SCRUM Master in the SCRUM Agile methodology;

• At least five (5) years of experience in managing/executing/completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies;

• At least four (4) years' experience managing environmental projects in the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Level);

• At least five (5) years' experience implementing enterprise environmental solutions in public sector; and

• At least three (3) years' experience working with Atlassian's JIRA Project Management Software;

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Designing and implementing Cloud-based infrastructure and migrating existing non-cloud systems to the cloud;

• Using JIRA software to manage IT development projects;

• Designing and implementing GIS interfaces and integrations with Pega workflows;

• Managing, executing and completing major IT projects using Agile development methodologies; and

• Tableau development.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Pega 8.6 platform;

• Sybase PowerBuilder 12.5;

• Java Transaction Access Program (jTAP), Java programming language, Java Script and Asynchronous JavaScript and XML (AJAX) for RSP related enhancements;

• Sybase PowerDesigner 15.3 for development of database models;

• Oracle 12c Backend Database and the main platform to develop PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages and triggers;

• Infrastructure On-premise and cloud;

• Tableau;

• Business Objects Reporting;

• JIRA; and

• Oracle 12c Compatible Java Stored Procedures that could be utilized in conjunction with PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages and triggers.
