EUC Desktop Engineer
We are seeking a skilled IT End User Support Technician to provide technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves supporting Windows-based systems, Office 365 applications, and end-user hardware, while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service experience supporting Office 365
• Experience with VPN clients
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Experience supporting HP machines (some Mac exposure preferred)
• Support for Windows-based laptops
Responsibilities
• Provide Level 1–1.5 technical support
• Perform basic PC repair and troubleshooting
• Offer desk-side support when required
• Manage and resolve tickets using ticketing systems (e.g., TDX)
• Provide in-office support at IT service desk (Genius Bar style)
Requirements and Qualifications
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent troubleshooting and technical support skills
• Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra
• Strong understanding of user account management and network connectivity
• Punctual, reliable, and able to manage daily support tasks effectively
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
• Experience working with remote and on-site teams
• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, GlobalProtect VPN, PrinterLogic, Dialpad
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Customer Support:
Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users, resolve issues, install software, and answer technical questions.
• End User Access and Connectivity:
Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory and Office 365; troubleshoot access and connectivity issues.
• Hardware and Software Management:
Set up and maintain desktops, laptops, docking stations, monitors, and peripherals; manage inventory and coordinate procurement.
