Key Responsibilities

• Plan and facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the development team to review progress, priorities, and roadblocks.
• Work directly with business and department leadership to understand operational needs and resolve IT-related challenges.
• Collaborate with application teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Lead incident management and change management activities for the application support team.
• Provide weekly status updates on development projects, tasks, and ongoing initiatives.
• Maintain an accurate application inventory and organize application support documentation across the application portfolio.
• Review business requirements and technical specifications, working with the development team to estimate the level of effort required for implementation.
• Support the evaluation and adoption of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.

Desired Experience and Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and processes.
• Familiarity with Scrum, iterative, and Waterfall development methodologies.
• Experience with IT service management (ITSM) processes and tools, including Remedy and ServiceNow.
• Experience in IT project management and application modernization projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to gather, interpret, and use data to support decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with business stakeholders and colleagues.
• Broad knowledge of technologies, applications, and enterprise IT environments.
• Knowledge of relevant industry quality standards, legislation, and best practices.
• Ability to gather and document tasks and requirements with security and accessibility considerations in mind.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to changing business and technical needs.
