Hands-on experience upgrading Oracle ADF Faces, ADF BC, task flows, bindings, and WebLogic deployments to WebLogic 14.1.2.x.
2. Java Modernization Expertise (JDK 8 Java 21)
Proven experience remediating deprecated APIs, handling `javax` to `jakarta` migration, JAXBJTA changes, and upgrading enterprise Java applications to Java 21GraalVM.
3. WebLogic & Middleware Migration Experience
Deep understanding of WebLogic 12c14c administration, deployment troubleshooting, JVM tuning (G1GCZGC), SSLTLS 1.3 compatibility, webservice knowledge and OCI-based deployments.
4. Integration & API Upgrade Experience
Experience upgrading and validating RESTSOAP integrations, Jersey migration (1.x2.x 3.x), SFTPSSH integrations, Quartz scheduler, MyBatis, and enterprise middleware components.
5. Enterprise Application Support & Testing Mindset
Strong regression testing, performance benchmarking, production support, and UAT bug-fix experience for mission-critical HR or financial applications in hybrid work environments.
Candidates lacking experience in RESTSOAPSFTP integrations, dependency remediation, SSLTLS handling, or middleware troubleshooting in enterprise environments.
Essential Skills:
J2EEWebADF applications using any combination of WebLogic, JBoss, WebSphere or Tomcat application servers.
o 4-5 years of experience in using Oracle ADF 12c is mandatory
o Strong experience with the following tools Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle SOA, Oracle BPEL
o Strong experience with Oracle PLSQL, SQL, distributed technologies, Frameworks and Application servers
o Analyzing production incidents and identify root cause of issues
o Handling production call for application issues
o Implementing code fixes for enhancements and production issues in Oracle ADF 12c using JDeveloper
o Meeting with Client business analyst to understand requirements
o Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
o Identifies areas for process improvement.
o Explaining the requirements, functionality, design framework to onsite offshore team members
