Our Delaware based client is seeking an
Epic Phoenix Analyst with Ambulatory experience to support a critical Epic initiative. This consultant will work closely with operational stakeholders, project teams, and Epic resources to support application build, testing, workflow design, and issue resolution activities.
Duration: 3 Months + potential to extend
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Hybrid- Delaware/ Mostly Remote
Travel: Required one week per month (Tuesday-Thursday) for Epic-directed onsite activities
Requirements- Epic Phoenix Certification (Required)
- Epic Ambulatory experience required
- Previous Epic implementation experience preferred
- Strong build, testing, workflow analysis, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to travel monthly for required onsite project activities
- Must be dedicated full-time to this engagement; no concurrent contracts or over-employment arrangements permitted
Responsibilities- Support Epic Phoenix application build, configuration, and optimization efforts
- Collaborate with operational and clinical stakeholders to gather requirements and validate workflows
- Participate in system testing, defect resolution, and implementation readiness activities
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues related to Epic Phoenix workflows
- Assist with workflow design, documentation, and end-user support
- Partner with project teams and Epic representatives to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide support during key project events and onsite Epic-directed activities
