Genesis10 is currently seeking a Product Owner with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position.
Responsibilities: - Responsible for the program backlog
- Identify customer needs, document requirements/features and prioritize epics/features
- Work closely with design team on solution architect and provide business support
- Work with PO to provide support on feature team
- Maintain PI objectives created by teams during the PI Planning and map them to iteration goals
Requirements: - 5 years of domain expertise in treasury products: DDA, client liquidity, payments, receivables, billing and trade finance
- Deep financial domain expertise
- Understanding of banking and treasury value chain
- Proficient in articulating the business problem and the technical solution
- Have the finesse to navigate within a large organization to influence big decision makers and win trust using people skills and technology knowledge
- Proficient with eliciting business requirements, reviewing process flows, developing technical/system flows
- Comfortable with reviewing technical designs, providing feedback and confirmation of alignment to desired capabilities
- Deep understanding of matter data management principles and applications
- Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting
- Strong experience supporting technical delivery
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively - both verbally and in writing
Desired skills: - Business analyst, JIRA, design, understanding of banking domain
- Proficient in the data technology space with an understanding of data constructs and technologies
- Strong experience supporting technical delivery
- Experience in Agile Methodology preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Pay Range: $51.37-$59.37
