Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales / Commerce)
Location: Irvine, CA (4 days onsite weekly)

Looking to make a direct impact on business-critical Salesforce platforms? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to partner with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and IT teams to drive enhancements, support operations, and optimize Salesforce-powered business processes.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong business analysis expertise with hands-on Salesforce platform knowledge and thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting revenue-generating applications.
What You'll Do
- Support, analyze, and enhance Salesforce B2B Commerce, Sales Cloud, and Compliance-related platforms
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications, configurations, and technical solutions
- Serve as a key point of contact for platform support, issue resolution, and ongoing system optimization
- Partner with business stakeholders to improve workflows, user experience, and operational efficiency
- Document requirements, configurations, process flows, and technical solutions
- Lead and participate in UAT, regression testing, defect tracking, and release activities
- Support end-user adoption through training, communication, and ongoing system support
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable business solutions
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of Business Analysis, Salesforce, or related IT application experience
- 5+ years supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and B2B Commerce environments
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, configuration, and support
- Experience with application lifecycle and DevOps tools such as Jira, Git, Jenkins, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, or similar technologies
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments
- Salesforce certifications are highly valued
