Summary

Key Responsibilities

Lead the migration of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 from on-premises infrastructure to Microsoft Azure, including planning, environment provisioning, data migration, testing, validation, and production deployment.
Assess and implement technical and functional changes required to optimize PeopleSoft for cloud performance, scalability, security, and availability.
Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot Oracle SQL, batch processes, integrations, and system performance in cloud-hosted environments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, database, application development, and business teams to deliver migration milestones, improve sprint velocity, and reduce project backlog.
Provide post-migration support, performance tuning, documentation, knowledge transfer, and mentoring to internal IT teams to ensure long-term operational success.

Required Qualifications

7–10+ years of hands-on experience with PeopleSoft FSCM, including administration, architecture, and technical support.
3+ years of experience leading or supporting PeopleSoft cloud migrations, including lift-and-shift, re-platforming, or cloud optimization initiatives.
2+ years of experience managing or supporting cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments.
Strong expertise in Oracle SQL, database administration, and performance tuning.
Solid experience with Unix/Linux operating systems and scripting.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), or AWS, with a focus on PeopleSoft deployments.
Strong understanding of PeopleSoft architecture, integrations, environment management, and migration best practices.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues across both on-premises and cloud environments.
