Salesforce Technology Architect (Health Cloud) ATLAS

Looking for a Salesforce Architect with Health Cloud experience to design and lead scalable healthcare solutions, integrations, and end-to-end architecture.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technology Architect with Health Cloud expertise to design, implement, and lead scalable healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will own end-to-end architecture, drive integration strategies, and ensure best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture with a focus on Health Cloud implementations
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with business and healthcare requirements
• Lead system integrations (EHR/EMR systems, third-party platforms, APIs, middleware)
• Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Oversee data modeling, governance, and compliance (HIPAA and healthcare standards)
• Ensure solution scalability, performance, and security
• Drive release management, DevOps, and CI/CD processes
• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical mentoring
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design and estimations

Required Experience

• 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Experience integrating Salesforce with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

Required Skills

• Expertise in:
  • Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce
  • Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP), Integration Patterns
  • Middleware tools (MuleSoft preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Data architecture & data migration strategies
  • Security models, sharing rules, and compliance standards
• Experience with DevOps tools (Copado, Jenkins, Git, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (Highly Preferred)
  • Application/System Architect
  • Health Cloud Accredited Professional
• Experience in Healthcare domain (Payers/Providers/Life Sciences)
• Knowledge of FHIR, HL7 standards
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
